Cannot access History

I’m having trouble with accessing my history, and whenever I try to, there’s just nothing but a spinning circle that just keeps on loading.
Clearing it also takes a long time to do also.

Try deleting the History file - another one should be created -.
To find where it is:
- Opera Help "F1" > Find solutions.
Windows 10 (x64) | Anniversary Update
Opera Stable · Beta · DeveloperOpera Test profile | Opera Back up Linux · Mac · Win

I suppose you are referring to the future History.
Since nothing at Switches, I suppose the only option do you have it's moving the entire profile or creating periodic back ups of the History file if save them is what you want.

@mikaelaarsenault then I guess your history file may be corrupted. Try renaming it and see if you can access history page.

Will I lose the history if I do?

@mikaelaarsenault Yes but you can rename it back if the file is not the problem.

@mikaelaarsenault History or the file? The file you can copy to where you want.
To history transfer you can use sync.
