Selecting url and right click should show "open in new tab" and "open in private window"

Hello;
i cant find an option to open a plain text url on any page in new tab or new private window.

for ecample;
i visited a page and i find plain text url (which is not hyperlinked) so i selected it and right click, i see only "Go t oweb address" while it should show "open in new tab" and "open in private window".

You should be able to use Ctrl + Click (or Shift + Click, don't remember now).
