      Let them not be included in the basic distribution, if it is not necessary to anyone or interferes with the performance of the browser! but it would be nice if they were. The number of downloads will show what the user needs and what can be added to the basic distribution.

      For example, I would not be at all disturbed by such functions as;
      ā— Advanced bookmark manager - with sorting bookmarks by visiting time, to the address, with search only in one folder, with statistics.

      ā— Organizer, timer, scheduler, alarm clock (I do not know how to call it correctly in English :))

      ā— Good convenient notes editor. With the preservation of links and even images.

      ā— Night mode. While satisfied with the addon Dark Reader šŸ™‚

      ā— Advanced search engine manager.

      ā— Cache Manager.

        Presumably under Organizer you mean calendar. Mind you, alarms and reminders will only work when Opera running.

            Not everyone wants all those things. It is better to allow people to add what they want from the extensions site.

              Opera has pushed out some ext's - albeit few of them not receiving - it appears - updates in a lull.

              Bookmarks handling is quite the a simple stuff - so it might be worthwhile to check Bookmarks ext's here and at CWS.

              This is quite advanced Bookmarks handler for Opera:
              https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bookmark-sidebar/jdbnofccmhefkmjbkkdkfiicjkgofkdh

              And now that u mentioned it - do remember the devs saying they are redoing Opera's internal pages - such as Bookmarks šŸ™‚ Might be good to post ur feedback to the corresponding section.

                opera isn't a os, so no to the added bloatware.

                  Anything that aids privacy like tracker blockers and the already included ad blocker are welcome as native features (as you wouldn't need to install and give an extension permission to access your browsing data). Most other things will likely make Opera fairly bloated so are best handled by extensions - in my opinion, of course.

                        Chrome Web Store isn't handy to browse at all compared to Opera Addons site - but most best browsing is available at FF Addons šŸ™‚
