Downloads keep stopping.

Hi.
For some time now i've been using various software to convert YouTube videos to mp3 files. After the conversion completes i hit 'download' and that starts, but after 10 seconds or so the process stops. The message i get is 'download error.'
I've tried different converters but its always the same, can anyone help please?

Are you using the VPN? A lot of users report download problem with the VPN enabled...

WOW! It worked!
How odd, i've been downloading stuff for years will a VPN, funny how now i need to turn it off. Well i'm just happy it works again, many, many thanks mate.

It is a known issue, so they are working on it, but I can't promise when it will be fixed.
