opera crashes on start

I have a bunch of tabs / windows open -- Opera gave me the rainbow wheel of death and I had to force quit. Now it crashes every time on load (a bunch of windows pop up, it tries to load them and rainbow wheel). How can I restart opera with no tabs / windows open?

Is there a crash log I can submit?

Did you try rebooting the operating system? Maybe you overloaded it.
If you do get Opera started up without locking up, go into Preferences > Browser and check the box at the bottom that says, "Show advanced settings", and then under "On Startup", check the box for "Delay loading of background tabs". That might help prevent future lockups.

Try removing "$HOME/Library/Application Support/com.operasoftware.Opera/Last Session".
