I can't find Turbo mode anymore (Version 47.0)

I used to be able to activate Opera Turbo mode in older versions. But I don't see it anymore in Settings.

Did the developers remove it? If so, why? And when will it be back?

You can find Turbo in settings page.

As leocg said, you will find it in the settings page, but you have to enable advanced settings first (bottom left corner).
