[Solved]Opera re-downloads deleted downloads

Since Opera updated to version 47.0.2631.80 (PGO), I've noticed that the PC version has caught the same bug as the Android version 42.9.2246.119956. Both versions now constantly attempt to download all downloads after I delete them. This also happens if I don't delete a download and it will attempt a second download of the same file. However, nothing does get downloaded this second time which is a good thing, but it is EXTREMELY annoying. Before anyone asks, this happens with ALL file types whether it's a mp3, video, ebook, app or document. As for what systems I'm running Opera on, I'm running Opera PC on Windows 10 64-bit and Opera Android on a Samsung Tab A 9.7 running Android Marshmallow. Please fix this MAJOR bug as soon as possible.

Are you sure it's vanilla Opera and not some plugin or other extension causing this? Because I can't reproduce this, I'm also using 47.0.2631.80.
I conclude as much based on both the opera://dns page but also what my routers are telling me. I don't spot any evidence that Opera makes any attempts at downloading previous downloads. It merely tells me "file not found" in the download section, but that's it.

It looks like it might have been a weird temporary glitch with Opera PC since I haven't been able to reproduce it on my end either with my extensions off and on. So far all my downloads don't re-download when I clear the list. But I'm still running into the re-downloading of downloads when they are removed from the history in Opera Android off and on.
