If I pressed on "reset sync data", will I lose all of my synced data from my account?
Note: I just downloaded Opera on my fresher PC so I don't have any data.

@xvwilliamvx Yes, all your synced data will be removed from the sync servers.

Is that really the only way to do it? I still know my encrypt password. Why would I not be able to just enter it in to turn the feature off? All I want to do it turn it off and see if that allows Opera from my phone to actually share bookmarks and tabs as that is not working and someone suggested it was the encryption. I see no reason why entering the encrypt password to disable encrypt would be a security breach, nor why mobile sync will not work with encrypt on.

@leocg
Settings-> Browser -> Syncronization's Advanced Button?All the boxed are checked, and below the line the Encrypt stuff is grey-ed out with the "encrypt all" radio circle (check box but only one option allowed) the one with the dot in it.
Is there another way to enter the password?
I tried logging out of the browser on the laptop and then signing in again. The sync adv. options requires I enter my encrypt password . . . and then after reloading the settings because the Adv Config button was greyed out, the adv config looks the same as before, with encrypt set and unchangable.
