Weird Youtube issue

All of the sudden I open browser session in Opera on my Mac and YouTube audio from a commercial or video starts playing. There isn't an active browser window with youtube playing just this audio which I can't stop. And it progresses, if you finish listening to this video another starts playing. This persist even if I open a YouTube session or another browser session to anything, You can delete browser cache data and or history and it still persists. Dropped the app in the trashcan and redownloaded and installed an it picks up where it left off.

It happened to me too in so called Tizen OS nothing you can do. I'm not sure it it's related to youtube.

Hi @mwrinkle1, do you have an example link to a video that flickers for you?
Also, which version of macOS are you on, and which Mac do you use?
