Dark Theme problem in Private window

OS: Win7 Pro 32-bit
Have "Enable Dark Theme" checked in settings.
Have tried for some time to get dark theme enabled in private window but failed thus far. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong please? Have no problems with dark theme in normal window. Thank you.

Dark theme is not so dark on private mode. Though according to the devs they are working to make in throughout darker on "normal" & private mode in upcoming releases.
