Opera Neon! Great Browser, Some Ideas..

First of all, I love the new Opera Neon, It's a very interesting, and well designed browser.
Anyway, While using it I had quite a few Ideas I thought would make the browser even better.
The Tabs
- I wish the open window tabs had a resize, and drag feature. That way we could manually re-arrange the windows however we like. The inability to resize, and move the Windows makes it feel, limited? I guess that word fits.
- The ability to stack windows (In Addition to the split screen, would be great!) For example a user could organize a number of tabbed windows (different open websites), within a parent Window. This would help with users who always have dozens of windows open. The desktop style icons are great, but I think adding more than one way to organize, and access your opened tabs/windows would help users be more efficient.
- I would like to see user defined hot-keys for common actions. (Think Vim). Ctrl-Tab Currently tabs through your open windows. Which is nice, but I'd also like to see a hot-key for opening a list of currently opened windows.

The colours were nice, but the interface sucked. You could not do much with that. If the regular Opera had an option to use neon colours, that would be nice.
