Slow Speed Video Streaming

From Facebook I tried to stream only 7MB sized video file. But after click play button then it starts loading & loading & loading.. After 2 minutes of loading then at the loading stage I press back button. And then Opera Mini stuck, it hangs my device & crashed. Please, fix slow loading time for streaming video. Moreover, Opera Mini can't stream/play (mpg) formats video. Add this formats to the built in video player.
Moreover, Only very few streaming videos are optimized via "Video Boost" feature.. Why??
Upgrade the 'Video Boost' feature.
