Facebook Page freezing when checking messages

Hi I have a problem with Facebook page, when i check my messanges , sometimes the page freezes, I cannot refresh it and I have to close the tab(click "X" bottom at least 3 times to close the tab) or the browser and open it again...
Its very annoying and happening all the time please fix that , am I the only one with this problem????

You may try with a Private window Ctrl+Shift+N then, clean cache and site cookies should be needed.

Settings - privacy:
Cookies
Clear private data, select cache.

If problem persists, then you may try with a clean profile or download this as a "clean profile".
