How to enable bookmark sync but not speed dial sync

Hi I have upgraded to Opera 45 on Desktop and to Opera 45 beta on my Laptop. Sync has been and still is enabled.
However as of late (upgrade?) the speed dial is synced along with the bookmarks.
But I don't want this (e.g. one machine has Thunderbird, so no need to speed dial email services etc.).
How can I disable sync of the speed dial while keeping bookmarks sync enabled?

You can't, Speed Dial is part of bookmarks.

It has been working this way since a long time.
