Fixes and suggestions for the new Opera Design

Hi, I think the new Opera design is nice, but theres a few things that are broken and I have some suggestions

The scaling is a bit broken on the new Opera. I have a 3200x1800 resolution on a 13' screen and it's a bit blurry.

There's also some consistency issues, as seen in this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/YbdCukJ.jpg

The uBlock icon is down to the side. The speed-dial favicon and loading favicon is tiny.

In this second screenshot (http://i.imgur.com/vrY8UAm.jpg), the edit box for Speed Dial is broken.
I thinkfixing it and replacing it with a frosted glass/blur that follows the light/dark theme now in Opera, and could the same be done with the new sidebar?

Also, on Windows 10, the option to show the colour on the top-bar is still there but doesn't work. Could this work with the light theme?
