A Former User last edited byHow do I list plugins in the current release of Opera? The URL opera:plugins now tells me "This site can't be reached". Is there any other way to list the plugins?

avl Opera last edited byHi @concretable, Opera only supports 2 plugins: Adobe Flash and Widevine (a DRM plugin to play protected video content like Netflix). You can change Flash settings by going to Preferences -> Websites -> Flash. You can see any other plugins (at the moment only Widevine can be there) in opera://components.

A Former User last edited byWhy should I have to go to extreme measures just to get information about the Flash plugin? I wanted the whole version number, and now information about that plugin is hidden. I had to open the Pepper Flash plugin package and read info.plist just to see the whole version number.

A Former User last edited byI had faced the same problem recently as opera://plugins is no longer working. If you want to check/update your flash plugin version, you may use the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
You will be able to check your flash version and if needed update it.

You will be able to check your flash version and if needed update it.That page does not give the whole version number. The whole number is 25.0.0.171, and I want to see the entire number. Now, I need to locate the plugin on my hard drive, open the app package and read info.plist just to read the version number. I should not have to go to extremes like that just to read a version number. I can read the whole version number from settings in Safari and in Mozilla browsers, so why not with Opera?
