Ability to Remove VPN Feature

Would like the ability to remove VPN as to prevent easier circumvention of Internet Filters.

Remove? From where?
I gather you must be some IT guy in charge of network computers somewhere ... your computer, or is this a wifi system that people would be using their own computers? In the latter case, you couldn't very well "remove" it from other people's computers anyway.
On the other hand, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to block it. Find out the IP address and port Opera uses to connect to the VPN server, and block that. I had a poster on these forums asking why the VPN didn't work at some hotspot he was using, I suggested they could be doing just that.

It would be great to see Opera become more enterprise-friendly with GPO support, but I doubt that will ever happen. It is probably best to provide Chrome to your users, mate.
