Opera Dev Tool window can't be moved

When I open the developer tool (in a separate window), I can not move it. It stays static.
So far updates to the new version of Opera and remains the same.
Does anyone else know anything about this?

Same here. Current workaround: move/resize using available corners (all except the top left).
