<![CDATA[Opera Dev Tool window can't be moved]]>

<![CDATA[Opera Dev Tool window can't be moved]]>When I open the developer tool (in a separate window), I can not move it. It stays static.
So far updates to the new version of Opera and remains the same.
Does anyone else know anything about this?

Current workaround: move/resize using available corners (all except the top left).
