      Good morning all,

I am looking for an extension / addon / scrips that can do the following

I select a text on a webpage and then right click, or use special key stroke, to open an url where the text is part on the url.

Is this kind of option available in / for Opera ?

      Thanks

      Dave

Part? If it is the url, then it already exists - select "Go to web address" from the right-click menu. But if it is only part, then what is the rest?

          Hi Gunhouse,

          then what is the rest?

          The rest is something predefined

Example of what it could be

          Predefined is the text "www.google.com/maps/place/"

In the text of the webpage there a name of a city. Lets say that is Dallas

I select the word Dallas, right click (or special key) and select an item from the right click menu and a tab open for the website www.google.com/maps/place/dallas

Correct, you can define it as a search engine.
