opera://plugins not working

opera://plugins isn't working anymore. Instead of displaying the installed plugins, it yields the following error message:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at opera://plugins/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved
permanently to a new web address.

Anyone else been experiencing the same problem? Any ideas how to fix this?
