1. I want to sync my opera browser in different devices
2. I don't remember being asked for a passphrase.
3. There is no way to recover it.
4. The only way to sync is to reset your data.
5. So I did.
6. It still asks me for a passphrase.
7. I still can't sync in different devices despite being logged in both.

If you used Opera prior to the hack last year when everyone was required to change their password, it may use the "passphrase" message to ask you for your old password.
