What to do to get email notifications

I am not getting email notifications for topics I start, even though I have it checked in my preferences, to get email notifications for my discussions. Is there some other option somewhere that I need to enable?

OK, thanks at least I know to make bookmarks of my threads and check back periodically.

I have this set up too, to inform me by e-mail if anyone responds to a thread I've posted in.
It's definitely not actually working!

It worked for me for a couple of days, but now I do not receive nothing.

Hi, we're aware that there are some issues with the email functionality and we're looking into it. Thanks for reporting.

Hoping for a fix soon. Makes the forums super-hard to use without email notifications.

I've just started to get e-mail notifications for additions to my starred threads.
These are the first I've ever had, despite registering for them weeks ago.

Yes. They're working, which is awesome. Thanks. I'm just not sure if commenting on a thread auto-stars the thread or not yet.
Few suggestions about the email though.
I'd like to have the format of the messages changed a bit. Right now, the subject is:
[Opera Forums] <user> commented on your starred dicussion
where the thread title is in the body of the message.
I'd rather have:
[Opera Forums] <thread_title>
or:
[Opera Forums] Re: <thread_title>
(Re: for all but the op)
(Having the subject be the same would be great for clients that can group messages by subject for threading purposes)
and just keep:
jito463 commented on your starred discussion.
in the body like it is now.
Most of all, I'd rather have the link on the first line in the body. Some forums have it that way and it's super nice. You don't have to scroll to get to the link.
Also, I see that the source of the messages have Message-ID headers. But, comments for a thread aren't grouped together in a thread. Might be because there's no In-Reply-To header. Would be great to fix this.
Might be nice to have the from address be:
noreply at forums.opera.com
instead. I like to filter by from address instead of subject when possible, but don't want to grab other noreply at opera.com addresses for things that aren't from the forums. (I of course could add a subject rule too, but just saying it could be simpler)
That's about all for suggestions.

That was:
[Opera Forums] user commented on your starred discussion
and
[Opera Forums] tread title
and
[Opera Forums] Re: thread title
(forums ate my < and > (and the stuff in it) inside the code blocks.

I think that email notification must be in settings because I have problems where to find this.
