How to install Opera on Linux

I want to know whether we can install Opera on HPUX or Linux server or Not.

Linux? Of course. No idea about HPUX - not familiar with it.
Linux is too big of a target, they have packages available for the two biggest package managers - *.deb and *.rpm files - and the file should configure a repository on Debian and Ubuntu systems. Given the multiple repository systems that use *.rpm files I'm not certain which repositories they support on that side. (I know they don't support the system used by Mageia as that's the one I have.)
If you're using a system that doesn't support any of that you'll need some conversion utility such as alien. If you're using one of those package formats but not a supported repository format then you have to download updates manually to install them. On supported systems you'd just run your normal system update utility (apt on Debian and Ubuntu, etc.).
