To a degree. "Top 50" can't be changed, other than region. Anything within "My sources" can be removed - click on the site in the left panel, then a button labeled "Remove from my sources" will appear in the top bar. And of course you can click on "Add sources" to add a new feed.

The "Top 50" is the ones I want to be rid of completely if possible, maybe it will be an option in the next release hopefully
