Slow scrolling in Opera compared to Chrome

I have a weird problem. When scrolling in Opera, with both mouse wheel and touchpad, it doesn't scroll as many lines as Chrome would. I have this problem in Stable, Beta and Dev. In the new Opera Neo scrolling works as expected however. I think it's weird, because Opera is also based on Blink.

I am using Windows 10 (64-bit), Intel i7-7500U.

I think it's nice: it allows me to position the pane more precisely, e.g. to place an embedded player right, or something.

I had a similar problem, try changing the mouse scroll speed through either control panel or settings app, it allows you to set how many pages scroll relative to moving the mouse scroll wheel.
