<![CDATA[Slow scrolling in Opera compared to Chrome]]>I have a weird problem. When scrolling in Opera, with both mouse wheel and touchpad, it doesn't scroll as many lines as Chrome would. I have this problem in Stable, Beta and Dev. In the new Opera Neo scrolling works as expected however. I think it's weird, because Opera is also based on Blink.

I am using Windows 10 (64-bit), Intel i7-7500U.
