Hi,
I just installed opera and when opened it, I got this, see the below linked image -

It can't load anything. No help, settings, extensions etc. I am using win 7 32bit.Thank you

I guess it might have been temporary, however a glitch anyhow.
I had my Opera 36 not loading anything yesterday, no complaints before, today it works.Maybe some server moving?
