Synchronized bookmarks from other pc but all bookmarks are from two months ago (doesn't show new)

When i synchronized Opera on my other pc and opera from this pc all things (history, settings, bookmarks) were not updated (two months ago i deleted all bookmarks and added new ones) for example i still have facebook in bookmarks even though i deleted facebook from bookmarks months ago. All my history is from two months ago and everything is showing like it was in two months before. It doesn't show new bookmarks i added on the other pc yesterday and i lost all my stuff
OS: windows 10 64-bit
Opera version: 41.0.2353.69

Try resetting your synced data at https://sync.opera.com/web/
Also take a look at opera://sync-internals/ and check in 'local state' if connection to server is OK and when was the last sync.
