Just open files

Hey I just installed the latest version of Opera, 41.0, before I had 25.0, and the Problem is still there. I use an german version.
When I just want to open a file, any file, I first have to save it, then open the folder, and open the file. Later I have to remove the file by hand. In former times, files just opened (or asked), and even pdf were showen in the browserwindow. How can I change this back?thx for helping

You cannot change that, unfortunately. This is one of most asked missing features
