I can't attach any file

Good Morning.
I use Outlook Web App as an email client. When I want to send an email and I have to attach a file I can not. The clip icon does not appear to be active.
Any idea to solve it?

Does work here (OWA version 8.3.415.0, Opera dev 43.0.2403.0). Clip icon looks inactive, but does work nevertheless
