Organize the features in a better way and provide a simple change log,
Check firefox page, for an examle or chrome (I use opera, not them)

The download pages for Firefox and Chrome are just as simple, I think he is referring to the "features" page.
Firefox's looks unnecessarily lengthy and complex, too much text makes it very unattractive and most features are taken for granted to be present on any browser...
I recall Safari's used to be impressive, but again too lengthy and in real life Opera obviously turned to be better. So...
Chrome's is very clean but presents mostly the browser mechanics and not the UI features (e.g. integrated translation bar, tabbed browsing like tab pinning, etc).I don't know, I wonder how much that's really important including all the extra work for the translators... Most users might read the highlights and then try it, no one wants to read much more than that these days... **Maybe just add a couple more highlights like the integrated mouse gestures, great keyboard navigation (I'm referring to the extra shortcuts and TAB key behavior) and the nice compact yet very useful context menus (e.g. the search engines list for highlighted text). Other things that are missing are statements about the security and speed of the browser. **
The changelogs are really harder to find in the website (hidden under opera.com/help) but they don't look useful to somebody installing Opera for the first time (the target audience of the download page).

Well, when I enter in Opera download page, it seems disorganized.
Disorganized how? -

Yes. There is way too much advertising hype. If people got as far as finding the download page, they already want to download it, and just need to know the basic facts as my download link for Opera 12.16 provides.
The page for Opera Next is a bit better:

Check Firefox or Chrome download page. You mean this one for FF and this one for Chrome?

You don't see how this is disorganized?
Have you ever been on the airport and seen the flight board? Have you ever read a database data?
Did you notice that for better orientation and visualization it is usual to put one item in one line only? -

Does someone remmember the old download page? That was better than the new one.
