Button to switch to other speed dials on the Speed Dial page itself

Currently to see items in other speed dials from other devices, you have to go into the bookmarks tree and expand from there. Instead, it would be convenience to have a small slider on the Speed Dial page itself to swipe between other speed dials. It could be near where currently the Google Search box is.

Or maybe some link to 'Other Speed Dials'. I think it could be helpful since many users don't know about the 'other speed dials' and think speed dial sync doesn't work.
