Opera Internet Browser has stopped working

I have been using Opera on my windows 7 for a couple of years and suddenly it crashes upon opening. I tried deleting appdata and reinstalling but it crashes with the message "Opera Internet Browser has stopped working" no matter what.
I am using the latest version of Opera with windows 7 -

Try renaming your profile folder and see if it happens again. If that does not help, make copies of your bookmark files and such and completely uninstall and reinstall Opera. Either of those help?

I have completely uninstalled multiple times, but I need clarification on the profile folder. Where is that located?
