Can't Download any New Apps....

Every time I try to download a new app while Opera Max is running, all the app will do is show that it's trying to download, but never actually starts.
I have to actually disconnect Opera Max and then go back to the Playstore & start the download again before it will actually start downloading.
I don't know what to do to be able to download new apps without having to disconnect my Opera Max every time???
If someone can please help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it!

P.S. Also, How do I change the time on my profile so that is not wrong?

Ok,I was just wondering bc usually you can change the time zones on forums.

Check under Opera Max App Management whether internet access (wifi or mobile, depending on how you access) is blocked for Google Playstore. Although I block internet access for almost all apps, Playstore won't work with access blocked.
