Allow open local/intranet file links

There should be a choice when opening files on local drive/network share to open them directly.
Often (MS) office documents are linked in intranet sites/sharepoint to some network share and opera downloads them instead of opening hence you can't edit / work with these files. Thats about the main reason collaegues still use IE in parallel to opera/the google thing.
