Exporting passwords to file

Is there any way to do that? I want to keep a copy of my passwords, changed the most of them after the breach incident, and most are now long&hopefully secure, which means there's no way in hell to remember so many long passwords. I'd rather have an offline copy instead of having to enter the Microsoft account password in Opera each time I want to see a hidden password field.

You can use third-party utility to export Chrome and Opera passwords: http://www.pepak.net/download/chromepass
