When I first logged into my Opera account I was forced to fill in some details.

I was unable to proceed because LastPass had filled in the hidden change password form (and because it was all hidden, errors were also hidden).

When I disabled LastPass, I it all worked again.

I would suggest adding the form to the DOM when the link is clicked rather than showing and hiding it as this is a big accessibility issue.
