how to install flash player for chromium based Opera browser?

I already tried several methods like copying .so file and changing file permissions in opera install directory. but this doesn't work.

Version: 38.0.2220.41 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (x86_64; Unity)

You should not have to change permissions and/or copy so files. Run these commands from a terminal and restart Opera:

sudo apt install pepperflashplugin-nonfree
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
