How does one "select" them first?
Do you mean open FF, copy all the FF folders and then paste them into the Opera bookmarks bar?

You can use the old known Ctrl + A to select them all or you can use the mouse to select a few at a time.
Do you mean open FF, copy all the FF folders and then paste them into the Opera bookmarks bar?
Nope, you do it in Opera's bookmarks manager.

How do I reach the bookmarks manager?
I chose Menu>Bookmarks>Imported Bookmarks>Imported from Firefox but maybe bookmarks manager is located elsewhere?
Once I reach the Imported from Firefox and click the arrow once more I can see all the folders but if I take mu figner off the mouse I don't see the folders anymore so I can't Ctrl/A or Ctrl/C anything.
Also, if I visit espn.com to watch a video it doesn't play in Opera.
Do I need an add-on for that?
Videos play fine on YouTube in Opera.
Thank you!

Menu > Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks or Ctrl + shift + B
I chose Menu>Bookmarks>Imported Bookmarks>Imported from Firefox but maybe bookmarks manager is located elsewhere?
That's the bookmarks menu

Have you tried with the ad-blocker disabled for that page?

When I reach Menu>Bookmarks>Imported Bookmarks>Imported from Firefox (the bookmarks manager area) at that point if I click Alt/C nothing happens, it doesn't copy anything.
I can see my FF folders but pressing Ctrl/C doesn't copy them.
Video not loading - I copied the exact url for the video into that search box in Menu>Settings>Block Ads>Manage Exceptions and pasted that site's url as an exception to block ads but the video still does not play.
Thank you.

You can't manipulate the bookmarks from the menu very much. Do it from inside the bookmarks manager. Press Ctrl + Shift + B to open it.

Go to the page, click on the blue shield and turn off the ad-blocker for that site. See if it makes any difference.
Btw, it's a html5 or a flash video?

@ ando242 - Thank you. That gets me closer to my goal. I don't see my FF bookmarks in folders, as I did in FF and as you can see in the link to the jpg I posted, so I'm not sure how they would appear on the Opera toolbar? But, once I've copied them all (Ctrl/C) and can you please share step-by-step how I then paste them all ) onto my Opera toolbar so I can just click on any of them to the be taken to a website I've bookmarked?
Thank you so very much.

@leocg - On the espn.com site that little blue shield turns to clear or white but the blue is turned off. In my Block Ads - exceptions it lists espn.com
Espn.com runs off Adobe Flash Player which I had updated to the most recent version 4 days ago and checked today that it is still the latest version.
The video appears as a still photo/graphic with a right pointing arrow you're supposed to press to play the video except it doesn't in Opera.
Here's the link
http://espn.go.com/mlb/scoreboard/_/date/20160720
so you can (hopefully see what I'm talking about.
I'm not quite sure how to remedy this?
Thank you for all your help.

Hi @leocg - I revisited the espn site tonight and noticed I had an exception to block adds for this site listed under Menu>Settings> Block ads - Manage Exceptions. Still, if I click the arrow in the video there's a spinning in the little wheel to the site in the "toolbar" listing to the right of the Word Menu and then it stops spinning but never loads the video.
Weird, huh?

http://espn.go.com/mlb/scoreboard/_/date/20160720I've tried a couple of videos there and they played fine here.
Do you have Turbo enabled by chance? What about 'click to play' in plug-ins settings?

Ad-blocker doesn't seem to be the one to blame in this case.

Hi leocg,
I've searched all over but I can't seem to fin either Turbo or plug-ins settings.
Can you please share exactly where I find them both?
ex. Menu>Settings>??
Should I have Turbo enabled or disabled?
Should I have 'click to play' in plug-ins settings?
And do I just place a check mark next to them or place a dot in a circle next to them?
Or are there other steps I need to take to enable Turbo and/or enable 'click to play' in plug-ins settings?
Thanks so much for checking on that site and helping me with it.

Hi,
So many times when I go to click submit just as I'm cling this box pops up with foreign language choices and sets the Draft and Submit in another language.
Can I turn that feature off or make English the permanent choice for the Submit and Daft buttons?
Thank you!

Hi Leocg - In the drop down menu when I click the Menu tab, I see a listing for Opera Turbo β it is not checked. Is your Opera Turbo checked which has enabled you to watch ESPN videos? Or do I need to visit another area to enable Opera Turbo (or disable it, if thatβs what enables videos to be watched on sites?
I typed in plug-ins into that small search box and it found Plug-Ins and I did not have a dot in a circle next to Click to Play but I do now.
I then returned to the espn site but with click to play enabled (dot in circle) and no check mark next to Opera Turbo in the main drop down Menu listings, the video still does not play. Could you please share all your relevant settings you have set to watch videos so I can verify that I have all my settings correctly set?
Thanks so much.

s your Opera Turbo checked which has enabled you to watch ESPN videos?
Nope, i don't usually use Turbo.
Should I have Turbo enabled or disabled?
Turbo is useful only if you have a very slow internet connection.
Should I have 'click to play' in plug-ins settings?
I asked about that setting and also about Turbo because they can be causing your issue with videos.
I did not have a dot in a circle next to Click to Play but I do now.
So 'click to play' doesn't seem to be the cause of your issue.

There is none, video should play with default settings.
What version of Flash do you have?

Hi leocg,
I just checked Opera Turbo and then unchecked it. I double-checked to ascertain if Click to play will still set in plug-in settlings and it is.
I have Flash Player 22 (installed 7/16/2016) - the latest I believe.
There must be one other setting or something that's different because when the ESPN video is clicked on that viewing window appears with the > right pointing arrow to play which I click but it never plays, nothing happens. There are also 2 arrows in the upper region of those videos - I guess its for replay? I've clicked them, too but to no avail.
Is this something which can be shared with any of the Opera developers to see if they might have any insights about what may be causing this?
Thanks for the troubleshooting.

Change to the recommend one and see if the video plays.

Can you take a screenshot and post the link to it here? All videos are unavailable to me right now but i remember them playing automatically.

I wonder if this doesn't have something to do with Adblock Plus and ESPN?
I found this Googling ESPN loading problems.
https://adblockplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=24896&start=15
Is Adblock Plus built into Opera?
Have you loaded and watched the ESPN videos either with Adblock Plus turned off somehow?
The posts on that site include changing code and seemed complicated.
Is there a way to watch those videos without involving that Adblock Plus?
Thanks so much!

Nope but Opera has an ad-blocker.
Have you loaded and watched the ESPN videos either with Adblock Plus turned off somehow?
I don't use that extension.

If you don't have ABP installed then it's not the cause of your problem. If you have, just disable it or create an exception for that site.

Here's a .png of what I see as it won't load.
Also, once I have all my FF bookmarks copied exactly how do I paste them on to my Opera Toolbar so they look like the yellow folders as seen in here - http://imgur.com/EchSAzf
Thank you.
