Problem with add bookmark menu

The bookmark folder view is too small. I'm using Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon edition.

How much space is below the popup on your screen? It seems to try to leave a little space between the bottom of the popup and the taskbar, but if I move Opera up on the screen it gets bigger.
