Extensions/Plug-ins Syncronization

Good evening,
I shifted to Opera, Dev version, and I am falling in love for it but there are still several aspects I have to be clear.
I am using Opera on several PCs and for all the problem is the same: sync of default pages to open, extensions and plug-ins.

There is anyway to do that?
