Question about Opera's builtin ad blocker

Hi! The other day, I noticed Opera was updated to the latest version on my mom's Ubuntu 14.04 system. I took it for a spin and was checking out the builtin ad blocker. neat.
I went to some sites I maintain and Opera reported blocking some ads, even though there were no ads on the sites. So, I did some reasearch, opened up the Developer console and saw the Google Analytics script was being blocked as an "ad". I looked in the default ad blocker settings and "*.google.com" (I believe) was listed a domain to not block.
Any ideas on why the Google Analytics script would be blocked as an ad?
Thanks!

Trackers track you browsing and report to google so they can tailer ads for you based on your browsing habits.
