Can't download Opera Mail for Linux

On the page http://www.opera.com/computer/mail I try to download the Opera Mail but I can't do this. The button have Linux logo (penguin) but the link gives .exe

Apparently Opera Mail is only for Windows and OS X now, and not Linux. When I try downloading Opera Mail in Peppermint --which is a derivative of Ubuntu-- Opera browser itself begins downloading. winston3d, I don't think we're going to be able to get Opera Mail using Linux.

They never released a Linux version to the public, sorry. Unless you want to run the Windows build under wine ...

Just run Opera 12 and use it for just email (it's the same Opera Mail). Under advanced -> programs in preferences, you can add/set http and https to open in the browser you want so links don't open inside Opera 12.

This is a very clever idea. And now you've got me wondering if my old Opera Mail account still works!
