Prevent the pop-up notification of downloads complete

If there is no setting to turn off the pop-up that appears in the upper left over the downloads icon when a download is complete, then I would like to request that feature be added. If there is away now to prevent them, can someone tell me how to do that?
Thank you.Mr Picasso

I truly hope they fix this. I only recently transitioned to Opera, but if the download popup issue is not addressed, I may move on to Vivaldi or, heaven forbid, be driven back to Chrome. It makes surfing and downloading impossible. Scroll, save, scroll save--nope! Not anymore. Got to click on that stupid popup first. It's irritating and completely antithetical to the smooth, streamlined, minimalist experience they boast. Why provide a built-in ad-blocker and popup-blocker if you're going to hinder web surfers with your own popups?

Please fix this. I don't mind the notification. It's just the fact that it's a pop up and you need to click out of it that's the problem, and it's a very big problem. I don't want to go back to Firefox, but I just might have to. When I download a series of podcasts, all the extra clicks are extremely frustrating.
