This really needs to be addressed. It hinders web surfing, particularly when downloading images, and doesn't make sense in terms of providing a minimalistic interface.

I truly hope they fix this. I only recently transitioned to Opera, but if the download popup issue is not addressed, I may move on to Vivaldi or, heaven forbid, be driven back to Chrome. It makes surfing and downloading impossible. Scroll, save, scroll save--nope! Not anymore. Got to click on that stupid popup first. It's irritating and completely antithetical to the smooth, streamlined, minimalist experience they boast. Why provide a built-in ad-blocker and popup-blocker if you're going to hinder web surfers with your own popups?
