Can someone help me? my wife pressed button on https://sync.opera.com/web/# and all my data is lost, can anyone recover my bookmarks? HELP PLS!

Just enable Sync and your data will be synced and you will see it there on the page again.

If you don't have the data on your Opera then I'm afraid it's gone.
