Why can I ReArranged my Opera add-ons on Main Page ?

Why can I ReArranged by my choice my add-ons / extensions on my Opera Browser's Main Page ???
Which Add-on / Extension will be first, second or third and so on ?

I know that, Of course I know that - (Opera is my Default Browser more than 3 years, I know how it works. And I Love It !!!) But I'm only asking why after installation we can't customize or rearrange our extensions / add-ons.
I know that at this point it can't be done immediately, and they are arranged as they are installed.
But I just say and I wonder why not to work a little bit on this matter in the Developer Sector or Developer Center by Opera Team, because it would be just great if we all can arrange and reorder them after installation - by our taste so we all can do the fastest, easiest and most efficient way to work with them.Thanks Opera Team !!!
