Netflix and Twitter on Opera

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with Opera when I go on Netflix and Twitter. Let's start with the Netflix problem. So when I go on Netflix I can't play videos and instead I get this page https://help.netflix.com/en/node/23742

On Twitter I also can't play videos and I have this message "This browser does not support video playback."

Is there any way to fix this or Opera really don't support that on Linux?

Hi people,
Bumping the thread as I am experiencing same issue with version 38, on linux mint raffaella, when attempting to watch some Netflix.
On https://html5test.com it looks like MPEG-4 ASP and H.264 aren't supported.
There is no built-in silverlight plugin (http://flashbuilder.eu/silverlight-plugin-version.html) nor any available download for linux.

Silver light shouldn't be needed. There's been a post before about getting Opera to use the system version of libffmeg to get H.264 support. Netflix at least also requires widevine support, but I believe that comes with Opera now ...
