Afaik, you don't. You have to create a new account.

In old MyOpera you could contact some Opera Admins to correct that problem.

Opera destroyed my account and CHANGED THE FORMAT of my User Name. They did not change the User Name itself, just made it all lower case. Therefore, somebody at Opera has the authority the change User Names.
